Here's to teenage memories | 5 Seconds of Summer Concert with my friends

Well two weeks ago I was in Munich with my best friends to go to a 5Seconds of Summer Concert in behalf of their Rock out with your socks out tour. We went to Munich one day before the concert and had a great shopping trip (and a long stay at the Forever 21 store) to get ourselves outfit-ready for the next day whilst singing "Permanent Vacation", the new song of 5SOS, on repeat (this song has stucked in our heads for weeks). Outfit-wise I went for a casual look: just a dark-blue striped Camisole with a light blue ripped jeans and my leather jacket slash blazer combi and a white pair of Converse (which are not so white anymore). My half hair was sling back in a braid and I went for a natural makeup with slightly more dark brown eyes and a summery coral pink colour tapped on my lips. The next day was the day of the concert, we waited for since months. We all got really excited and discovered Muich a little bit more whilst getting to know that the supporting act Hey Violet would have an acoustic hangout in front of the arena. So at the afternoon we went to the location and sang along with them (they are soo good acoustic and really nice). When the hangout ended we went to the hotel and got ourselves ready for the concert (whilst getting more excited). And then we got to the arena again and went in. We had the most amazing seats ever and a perfect view at the stage. After a good ten minutes my best friend Steffi (who lives far away from me) bumped to us and it was soo good to see her again and dancing with her and my other friends all night. After Hey Violet and another oldie songs it was the big moment: Our favourite band came onto the stage and omg I don't know how to describe this amazing concert in a short text but I'll try: It was one of the best concerts ever! I mean they sound incredible live! I absolutely could listen to them forever. We rocked out (not with our socks out but we rocked) and had the best time ever! It was soo good to forget everything else and just enjoy the moment. They interacted with the fans that great and we were seen by them (not kidding it's the truth) because our seats were so near to the stage. It was incredible! And all of them were looking better than ever (can we just take a moment and talk about Calum Hood, who is absolutely gorgeous but that's nothing new, he is my favourite)! I know that all my sentences can't describe how happy and grateful I am to taken part at this concert but I had to mention this concert! It will forever last in my memory and I can't wait to see them again soon ! They are just an unbelieveable good band with perfect voices and the music in their blood, so if you haven't heard from them please check them out! And to 5 Seconds of Summer: Thank you for this amazing night!

At least I want to thank my friends, who were with me at that concert: Thank you for being part of this amazing memory and this great time! You are the best xx

Petite Venise, Macarons and Friends #travellintoAlsace

Bonjour and welcome to another #travellinto post!

Today I thought to show you some photos of the last two days, where I travelled to Colmar and Straßburg with some friends and another class on behalf of a school project.
On our first day we went to Colmar, where we slept the night in a youth hostel (aka the worst accomodation on this planet, without overstating, but just let us forget this), then visited the beautiful old town and had some free time which we used to have a boat trip in Petite Venise and to eat some macarons at a patisserie. After that our group visited a church (forgot the name) where the Musee Unterlinden with the popular Isenheimer Altar was taking place. At the evening we all sat together whilst eating some tarte flambees at a restaurant called Schwendi, which had some nice traditional meals.

On the next day we setted off very early and took the train to Straßburg, where we visited the beautiful church Münster ( I absolutely love these stained mosaic windows) and climbed (I think that is the right word) over 330 steps to reach the viewing platform in thousend of metres height (you have to know I'm a little bit afraid of heights) but had the most wonderful view over the city of Straßburg. In the middle of visiting the church and climbing 330 breathtaking steps, we had a nice typical tourist boat trip (even if I prefered the first in Colmar over the other) with these Batorama boats and got to know many facts about the history of Straßburg. Before we had to go back to the train station we had another 130 minutes of free time which we used for another long walk across the town to get to the botanical garden which is behind a big university. Even if we had only a bit of time there, we enjoyed it very much and later we walked back to the station and got our train back home.

Hope you liked it and see you soon,

A Home Spa Day | Saturday is for Me-Time

It's weekend (hip, hip, hooray!)! And that means quality relaxing time to get some new energy for the upcoming week. Today I thought to show you a little "Me-time" Routine of mine, because some time for yourself is really important to relax after another week of learning for school (all day all night). I hope to inspire some of you and let me know what hasn't to be missed for you at a relaxing day.

So first of all I start with having a nice bath (you know my obsession with bath bombs, especially from Lush) and after that I would usually moisturise my skin with a body lotion (for example the Pure Seduction one from Victorias Secret, shown in my Tuesday Favourites).

And if I still have Makeup on, I will clean my face with a micelle water and then applying a face mask
(this one is from Lush called "Catastrophe Cosmetics" made with blueberries and it smells amazing and leaves your skin smooth and hydrated), leaving it on the face for 5 to 10 minutes and then washing it off. After it I will apply a toner called Breath Fresh Air from guess it, Lush obviously and will spray a bit of it onto my face. This is also a summer musthave for me because it refreshs you within seconds and is also good for setting the makeup. Because I used it soo much in the summer it reminds me of the sea and holidays (besides can't wait for summer and the holidays). Tapping it a bit in -and you are ready to go.

Also a new addition (and an absolute bargain because I got it in the sales) is my Rituals candle. This is in the scent "Eucalyptus and Rosemary" and smells like the Hammam Delight range. It's a really calming scent (just smell it in the stores, because I also found that the combination sounds a bit strange but it's such a nice scent.

So after having my skin hydrated, I would light up this candle from Rituals, lay down on my Yantra Mat (which is really interesting because you lay down on over three thousand acupuncture tips, but it doesn't hurt don't worry and I got it because I have sometimes really bad back pain and this mat can help getting loose of them) and then enjoy reading a book.

Currently I am reading the first book of the Divergent series, which is soo thrilling (I saw Insurgent this week, and it was soo gripping and very dramatic but very good) and read it for a while.

Sometimes I paint my nails afterwards in a nice nude and not so eyecatching colour like Essie "Sand Tropez" (all-time favourite) or "Spin the bottle" because I  use to paint my nails at the weekend because under the week I don't have so much time for it (basically for nothing because of school stress).

And then to get away from the nail polish scent I would use a soap (okay we can't count it as an point on my routine list, but I have to show you this soap), this one is called "Soap of Sultana" from Lush (felt as 100th product from Lush in this post, but I really like that it's handmade and with natural ingredients), which hydrates my dry hands perfectly, because it's so creamy. Sometimes I would use a hand cream for the extra potion of moisture.

And something I also like to do when I have time is to get some new fashion, beauty and lifestyle inspiration online. So I would enjoy a tea and scroll a bit through my favourite online shops(for example Zara featuring Bloggingqueen Medine, Topshop,Zalando,Brandy and Melville..) and see what's new.
The rest of a day will contain a lot of listening to music, watching some series (like Gossip Girl and PLL) and drinking some tea.

So I hope to inspired some of you and wish you all a relaxing weekend. Stay tuned for the end of next week, maybe you will get a new #travellinto.. post so be prepared for a lot of photos.
Bye Bye,
Karina <3
